[Urwid] How to push a widget to the bottom?

As explained to me by wardi on IRC, adding the option box_columns =[0]
to the Columns constructor solves the problem, i.e. it is possible to
use e.g. Filler(GridFlow, valign='bottom', bottom=1) to have exactly 1
row between the bottom and the gridflow.
