[Urwid] Renaming Urwid and splitting up the repo

I always liked the name Urwid, but I understand that functional names
are often more practical. Your idea of consoleui seems fine, maybe
another idea would be the Console Tool Kit i.e. CTK? Like GTK but for
the console.

A more controversial idea would be to try to make a console UI that
could eventually be added to the Python Standard library, as the
existing console stuff there is particularly woeful.
