[Urwid] repo move from svn to hg

Congrats! Mercurial is a great
distributed version control system!
We use it at work here and I use
it for all my project as well.
wsgi (and hg) may re-spark
my interest in developing
with and on urwid :)
I would be able to help
with the wsgi/web if you
need a hand.
